You need to check only their injuries from the vet and if necessary, treated, he will probably need some antibiotics to prevent infection. Make sure the dogs are current on rabies, too. We hope that your dog will soon be better.
No, not if it is only around the injury. It must be seen by your vet, but if your ear can be cleaned and sutured if necessary. You may also need antibiotics to prevent infection.
It will not die, but he must go to the vet and have put on antibiotics. Perhaps he needs more and bites.
Of course you can ... but I doubt it will be soon, or because of it. But ... Why are you here wasting your time, instead of taking him to the vet?
